She believes that an active and fit body is the foundation upon all success, because physical fitness keeps the mind alert, pumped with endorphins to stay positive and motivated. Elaine is a firm believer that sports is of utmost importance especially for children and the youth in this day and age, when video games and smartphones can seriously stump the young brains' memory and the ability to stay focused - which may lead to bigger problems later in life. It is Elaine's dream for the young people of HK to find their passion in one sport through the Sports for Youth Foundation, to prepare oneself physically and emotionally to face the challenges ahead! |
